The Fall: God Loves Me

The reading lessons in The Fall: God Loves Me (Part 352) are in the introductory order of Phonics Lessons for Flashcards 32-66: Level B:2 (Part 206). The contents of this book apply the ONE and TWO VOWEL RULES:

• When there is one vowel in a short word, it usually says its short sound.
• When there are two vowels in a short word, the first one usually says its long sound; the second one is silent.

This Phonics Mini-Drill Reader tells the story of when sin first entered the world plus God’s remedy of salvation. Students will practice reading short and long vowel one-syllable words containing ending consonant blends, consonant digraphs, and two or three initial consonants blended with a vowel. After each word list is a Phrase Practice assignment to prepare students for the sentences which follow.
